  AMAZING roofing contractor -- good service, attention to detail, timeliness and honesty.

About 3 years ago, I got quotes from every company in town for my roof replacement. In a sea of dishonest salesman, Maston really stood out as the only honest man who told me I didn't actually need a new roof yet. He gave me recommendations for small repairs (much more detailed of a report than any other company) and he also provided a quote for a full roof replacement, at a better cost than any competitor. Maston was the only HONEST man amongst the herd of deceptive contractors.

Although I did not need a new roof back then, when it came time for my roof replacement after some bad hail storms and years of wear, I knew exactly who to call.

Maston was excellent, even coordinating the preparation while he was on vacation, to stay on track with our schedule. The work was completed on time and on budget.

All in all, I'm very happy with my experience!

  Big shout out to Cole Shiflet. He took all the stress out of getting a new roof. He explained the entire process, step by step and took the anxiety out of it. Cole was easy to reach by phone or text and responded promptly with any concerns or questions. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Cole was present to oversee all the work done.   My experience with Ace—and with Amous in particular—was great. They dealt fairly with me, and patiently with my difficult insurance company, and they even came back to look at something on a shed roof after my job was complete.

  (Oops forget to leave a reviews over 6 months) Roof damaged by storm/tree back in December and ACE roofing was recommended by A&S Tree Care LLC (5 stars).   Ace Roofing completed putting my new roof on my house in one day. They covered the shrubs, and were very meticulous during the installation. The cleanup was amazing.   I worked with Cole to replace the roof on our home. Our insurance was about to raise our rates again due to its age. I reached out to several companies including a company that was well regarded in our neighborhood and had put new roofs on most of the neighborhood homes. I ended up choosing Ace over that company, largely because of Cole and his quick/thorough communication. Also, Ace was able to tackle a small gutter repair in-house that the other company was not. I asked a lot of questions and he always followed up with a helpful response and never seemed bothered by my questions. He even came by the house to drop off a roof sample for our HOA even though we had not yet accepted their bid and he was patient and timely as we requested modifications to the bid based on product selection changes.

The roof replacement also included changing the existing insufficient ventilation to a new ventilation method and they gave thoughtful consideration to the planning for that including examining and sizing the interior space of the attic and air intake.

Everything ran smoothly during the installation process - the crew was friendly and considerate of the property cleaning up completely after finishing work. The whole process was professional and friendly from start to finish. The end result looks good and I would not hesitate to recommend Ace Roofing to anyone in the future.

  Maston and his team from Ace Roofing did a great job on my roof. He made the process easy to understand and walked me through the steps on getting my roof replaced. He worked with my insurance company and completed the job in one day. They were there bright and early on April 16th and were done by the evening.
The communication was great and anytime I had a question he was there to answer it. The roofing team was very respectful, clean, and efficient. I would definitely recommend Ace Roofing Company!
