  I recently needed to have my roof replaced & feel lucky a friend suggested I contact DJ Shay at Ace Roofing.  His understanding of & ability to explain roofing & working with insurance companies made it a far less intimidating experience for someone (like myself) who'd never gone through the process before. After his initial inspection, he went over all that would be involved & quickly had a temporary patch put on a hole to avoid more weather damage. He even coordinated getting a ceiling repair done where the old roof had leaked, thus sparing me contacting & scheduling contractors. I was so impressed with DJ & his team that I had them install new gutters as well. Communication was excellent, all the work was done quickly & efficiently and several subsequent rainstorms have confirmed the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

  We are getting solar panels installed and our Solar Panel company suggested we get a roof inspection--we had hail damage and the roof needed to be replaced.  We talked to several roofing companies, and went with Ace.

Ace was clear and helpful, working with our insurance company, advising us (when we asked) on ways to increase energy efficiency, and keeping us constantly informed.  The crew worked hard--working one day right up until the rain made them grab their nail guns and run for their trucks (Not on the actual roof, but doing eaves repair and fascia replacement.)  Our roof is gorgeous--honestly, it never dawned on me how much the appearance of the house could be improved with a roof and fascia looking crisp and clean.

  Fantastic experience!  As a woman it can be hard to trust contractors especially when they make things seem so easy. However, working with DJ and his team was effortless and exceeded my expectations.  This was my first roof replacement as well as my first time dealing with an insurance claim which are both intimidating and even more so as life was exceedingly busy at that time.  They handled everything!  They met the adjusters, they went to bat for me (and won) when the first results were low and installed the roof all without ever being able to meet them in person.  There were several other "above and beyonds" that made me feel not only well cared for but also demonstrated DJ's integrity.  DJ pretty much held my hand through the whole process via phone.  His communication was quick and consistent, and never once made me foolish for being green to the process. I am beyond appreciative for their services.

He was on time, gave me a thorough explanation, answered additional questions I had about my roof and got the work scheduled within the week.   I was a customer of Ace Roofing in August 2022.  I needed flashing and shingle roofing repair on my home.
